Van Chambers Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2025, at the age of 81, Van Chambers of Florala, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chalmus Chambers and Ezola Jones Chambers; his wives, Peggy Chambers and Pat Elmore; and his siblings, Joe, Lendel, Oscar, Tommy Chambers and Berniece Enfinger.
He is survived by: his sisters, Rita Wallace (Vick) and Faye Mosley (Hudson); his grandchildren, Hagler Ward (Casey), Haden Brown (Ryan), Hunter Ward (Hannah), Mark Harsha (Chloe), Patrick Harsha (Tammy) and Riley McGuire (Lori); and also, Sheila McGuire and Tammy Walker (Kelly Flowers). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (1972 Sixth St, Florala, AL 36442). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
