He was predeceased by: his parents, Chalmus O Chambers and Willie Ezola Jones Chambers; his wife Brenda Chambers; and his siblings, Oscar, Joe, Lendel Chambers and Berniece Infinger.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Chambers (Kay) and Diana Chambers Hovell (Lee); his siblings, Van Chambers (Peggy), Rita Wallace (Vic) and Faye Mosley (Hudson); his grandchildren, Matthew Chambers, Lori Kinkead (Matt), Brittany Hovell, Nikki Chambers, Candice Hester (Logan) and Carley Childress (Nathan); and his great grandchildren, Kylie, Mia, Braxton and Ian.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Tommy's name can be made to the Damascus Cemetery Fund.
