He is survived by: his wife Judy Perry; his sister Nita Lewis; his children, Matthew Perry (Chrissy), Mark Perry (Kaci), Ruth Racz (Scott) and Rachel Adams (Jamey); and his grandchildren, Christopher Racz, Jonathan Racz, Sullivan Adams, Reed Perry, Jack Adams, Ryan Perry, Max Racz, Rollin Perry, Nate Perry, Sam Perry and Anna Kate Adams.
