She was predeceased by: her parents, Gafford Landingham and Winnie Smith Landingham; her husband James Barnes; and her siblings, William Landingham and Lois Holder.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Barnes (Marilyn), Jerrie Jackson (William) and Sybil McDougald (Don); and her sisters, Sally McLaney and Mae Bush. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
