He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Bishop and Helen Butterfield Bishop; his wife Yvette M Bishop; and his siblings, Sonny, Richard, Sam Bishop, Lillian Mihalek and Beverly Bujanowski.
He is survived by: his children, Nelson Bishop (Joy) and Oriane Daniel (Emile); his stepson Herve Moreau; and his sisters, Dorthy Wilkins and Beulah Gilroy. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
