He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Pelham and Lillie Jones Pelham; and his siblings, Louise Roberson, Nadean Hagen, Judy Wilcox, Noah Pelham and Jim Pelham.
He is survived by: his wife Reba Elizabeth Mitchell Pelham; his daughters, Pamela Cange and Tammy Garner; his sister Kay Williams; his grandchildren, Rachel Frazier, Robert Cange, Chelsea Brannon and Allison Garner; and his great grandchild Madeleine Frazier. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
