He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Griffith and Alice Griffith; his siblings, Howard Griffith, Royce Griffith (Poochie), James Griffith (Tip), Bertha Mitchell, Eunice Conwill, Elsie Nobles and Hilda McCall; and his son-in-law David Laird.
He is survived by: his wife Ina Zorn Griffith; his brother Roland Griffith; his daughters, Donna Laird, Patsy Griffith, Cindy Barrineau and Harriet Simmons (Buddy); his grandchildren, Mandy Callahan (Rickey), Buffi Bailey (Bill), Josh Simmons (Heather), Sommer Wyatt (Jason) and Andrew Barrineau; his great grandchildren, Kialea Madden (John), Kara Cook (Colby), Tinley Bailey, Payton Wyatt, Garrin Wyatt, Reagan Simmons, Griffith Bailey, Kenzleigh Wyatt, Amelia Simmons and Lucas Simmons; his great great grandchild Kathryn Madden; his grandson Jeff Walker; and his nephews, Paul Brown, Jerry Griffith, Phillip Griffith and James Griffith. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
