He is survived by: his mother Amber Lewis; his husband Chris of Andalusia; his father Joey Nolan; his fiancée Jennifer Polak of Maryville, TN; his brothers, Justin Lewis, Christopher Lewis, Austyn Nolan and Bentley Nolan; and his grandmother Vicky Strollo. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins.
