She was predeceased by: her husband Junior Edwin Watford (Ed); her grandson Jacob Dylan Harper; her parents, Alvin C Stephens and Annie Winnie Smith; and her siblings, John, Jesse, Harold, Marvin Stephens and Margie Bishop.
She is survived by: her children, Robert E Watford, Rachel W Hanberry and Jeanette Harper Norman; her grandchildren, Jessica Watford, Tracey J Cooper and Justin D Harper; and her siblings, Dot Mixson, Nell Threadgill, Annie Sue Rambo and Fred Stephens. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
