He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Roberts and Callie Roberts; his stepson Toby Elton Howell; and his daughter Sarah Jo Roberts. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Jean Sanders Roberts; his daughter-in-law Phillis Meintel; his grandchildren, Cody, LeAnn Powell, Amanda Dillingham, Shane Howell, Brian, Shay Howell, Allison DeCastro, Nikki, Robert Gill and Jessica Meintel; and his great grandchildren, Aaron Powell, Levy Powell, Kristen Copeland, Cade Howell, Te'a Clemons, Kinsley Gill, Chase DeCastro, Alex Meintel, Tuff Powlen, Kiersey Clemons, Grant Gill, Jordyn DeCastro and Ty Meintel.
