She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Tyson and Lillie Mae Tyson; her husband Deacon John Milton; her daughters, Edith Coleman, Patrice Kelly and Betty Yelverton; and her sisters, Lucille Williams, Lillie Porter of Dothan, AL, Betty Jean Williams (Donde) of Douglas, GA, Bernita Goldsmith of Florala, AL, Georgia Gundrum of Florala, AL and Sandra Bryant (Jimmy) of Florala, AL.
She is survived by: her sons, Wilson Yelverton Jr. (Stephanie) of Flowersview and Marcus Yelverton (Shelia) of DeFuniak Springs; her son-in-law Willie Coleman of Flowersview; her brothers, Johnny "Red" Tyson of Florala, AL and James "Peter" Tyson; her grandchildren, Tim, Tina, Pricilla, Jessica, LaTasha, Demetrice, LaTonya, LaToya, Jazmyne, Kevin, Camellia, Marcus and Talisha; and also Marcus "Buddy" Tyson (Bertha) of Homerville, GA. She is also survived by 23 great- grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews who loved her greatly, cousins and many, many, friends.
