She is survived by: her children, Barbara Smith (Hinton) of Clear Springs, FL and Thomas Ballard (Kim) of Mary Esther; her grandsons, Matthew Ballard (Veronica) and Michael Smith (Candace); and her great grandchildren, River Anniston Smith and Brylee Kate Williams.
