He is survived by: his wife Opal Lykins of Cannel City; his sons, Ricky Harper and Rick; his daughter-in-law Val Harper; his granddaughters, Allison Harper, Lindsey Winchester, Samantha Codney and Veronica Pool; his great grandchildren, Aiden Reeves, Lucas Metcalf and Toby Paul; and his siblings, Patty Perry of West Liberty, KY, Sue Burris of Georgetown, OH, Deborah Haney of Cannel City, KY, Connie Haney of Cannel City, KY and William Harper of Malone, KY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
