He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Sanders and Ella Sanders; and his brothers, Ralph Sanders (Shorty), Danny Sanders and Joe Sanders (W. D. Williams).
He is survived by: the mother of his children Nena Sanders; his children, LaShay Brundidge, Clint Adkison (Anita), Shawn Sanders (Diane), Jeremy Flinn and Jayson Sanders (Erin); his siblings, Peggy Pouncy, Becky Sanders and Wayne Sanders; and his close friend Olean Williams. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
