He was predeceased by: his father Steve Perry; his brother Billy Vaughn; and his aunt Sue Perry. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Cook; his wife Tammy Jackson Vaughn; his daughters, Aislynn Bender, Brittney Kelley and Grethen Kelley; and his siblings, Robert Vaughn, Charles Perry and Brenda Anderson. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
