He is survived by: his mother Rosann Marie Holtz; his wife Amanda; his children, Curtis and Lynnley; his stepparents, Laura Mitchell and Jerry Norris; his grandparents, Ruth Birge and Robert Holtz; his parents-in-law, Patsy and Bruce Stinson; and his siblings-in-law, Zachary (Jessica Stinson) and Ileana Stinson (Matthew Saxon). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
