He is survived by: his children, Debra Bennett (Preston), Lisa Lassiter (Steve) and Rickey Mitchell (Sonya); his grandchildren, Caleb Davidson (Jennifer), Casey Davidson, Jacob Lassiter (Brittany), Katie Weeks (Josh) and Jessica (Shaun); his great grandchildren, Maddox Davidson, Zane, Ruby Weeks, Mason Bennett, Taylor, John Kidd, Coraline and Chloe Lassiter; and his sister Reba Mitchell Pelham.
