He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Lee and Annie Lee Worley; and his sisters, Billie, Hazel, Tess, Juanita, Eunice and Aileen.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Watson Worley; and his children, William Charles Jr (Lynne), John (Gail), Kim (Sam), Terri, Mark (Cindy), Steve (Ashley) and Shannon (Michael). He is also survived by 33 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
