She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Ammons and Betty Cole Ammons; her grandparents, Bernice and Cole; and her sister Kathy Gipson.
She is survived by: her children, Andrew Marthis, Herbert Marthis and Laura Nelson; and her brothers, Richard and Michael Ammons. She is also survived by friends, 17 grandchildren.
