She was predeceased by: her parents, Gussie Bulger Watson and Aaron Watson; her husband Jessie Donald Hughes; and her son Michael Wayne Hughes. She is survived by: her daughter Donna Sue Hughes; her sister Twinette Thorn; her grandchildren, Michael Dukes and Suanne Ellisor; her great grandchildren, Jesse, Jax, Allison Ellisor and Daisy Dukes; and her close friend Jean Barton.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery (101 Sixth St, Florala, AL 36442).
