He is survived by: his sons, Brett Cassady and Matthew Cassady; his brothers, Josh Cassady (Joanne) and Kevin Cassady (Susan); and his siblings-in-law, Frankie Howard and Samatha Cassady. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
