It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velma Emmons of Flomaton, Alabama, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on September 11, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband C. J. Emmons; and her parents, Edgar Lail and Jannie Lail. She is survived by: her brother David J. Lail (Pete); her daughters, Linda Milam of Flomaton, AL, Marty Rolin (Melvin) of Poarch, AL and Nancy Evans (Ray) of Flomaton, AL; her grandchildren, Stephanie Martinez (Richard) of Mandeville, LA, Sandy Heathcock (Gary) of Atmore, AL, Michael Rolin (Brittani) of Poarch, AL, Mitchell Rolin (Heather) of Atmore, AL, Marshall Rolin (Amber), Christie Morris (Jerod) of Brewton, AL, Jennifer Kreutz (Thomas) of Youngsville, NC and Katina Follett (Martine) of Pineview, AL; her great grandchildren, Andrew Coslan (Dana), Tristian Coslan (Isabella), Brooke Mauldin, Alex Mauldin (Ally), Aleena, Thomas, Brea Rolin, Brynleigh Rolin, Baxley Rolin, Landen Rolin, Jade Rolin, Maddix Rolin, Dalton Morris (Laney), Hunter Morris, Katelyn Kreutz, Olin Kreutz, Faith Varner and Hannah Blair (Zack); and her great great grandchildren, Aleena Mauldin, Thomas Mauldin, Mason Morris, La'Jaden Varner and Baby Jones. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
