He is survived by: his children, Thomas Turk (Joanne) of Flomaton, Miriah Turk of Flomaton, Caleb Turk of Flomaton, Paige Turk of Flomaton and Anna Brown of Flomaton; his sisters, Darlene Adams of Gulf Breeze, FL and Donna Lambeth (Tommy) of Flomaton; his grandchildren, Brody Turk, Brooklyn Turk, Eli Turk, Tyson Green, Ava Silich, Kingston Malone, Eli Collinsworth (Johanna), Marianah Rico and Shane Butts; and his great grandchildren, Serena Collinsworth and Phoenix Pawlosky.
