She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby H. McDowell, Sr. and Dora Nell Hendrix McDowell; and her brothers, Bobby Harold McDowell and Brock Allen McDowell. She is survived by: her children, Donnie Johnson, Jr. of Flomaton, AL, B. J. Johnson of Bluff Springs, FL and Tammy Johnson of Bluff Springs, FL; and her sisters, Barbara Davis of Bay Minette, AL and Jean Furby of Pascagoula, MS. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home (1322 S Main St, Atmore, AL 36502). A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the McCurdy Cemetery.
