She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jefferson Burkett (Edna Louisa Roberson) and Teddy Lee Johnson; her son Teddy Lavon Johnson; and her siblings, Odell "Shine" Burkett, Cyril "Skinner" Burkett and Louise Moye.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Bell (Jeff) of Brewton, AL; her siblings, Raymond Burkett (Leola) of Louisiana, Jim Burkett (Linda) of Flomaton, AL, Doug Burkett (Anna Bell) of Kentucky, Elaine Gorum of Louisiana and Virginia Mason of Tennessee; her grandsons, Allen Bell (Holly) and Aaron Bell (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Callie, Ella, Clayton, Carter and Lila Bell. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
