He is survived by: his wife Wendy Mothershed Shivers of Flomaton, AL; his sons, Michael Shivers (Sherra) of Dothan, AL, Brian Shivers (Rebekah) of Atmore, AL, Dakota Madison of Atmore, AL. and Wyatt Madison of Atmore, AL; and his brother Kenny Shivers of Flomaton, AL. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
