She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Preston Wiggins and Annie Lou Bodiford Wiggins. She is survived by: her husband Randy Boutwell of Flomaton, AL; her children, Preston Stokes (Amanda) of Mobile, AL and Stephanie Baggett (Rex) of Atmore, AL; her brother Eugene Wiggins (Vivian) of Excel, AL; and her grandchildren, Robert, Lindsey, Clay, Keianah, Brandi, Paige, Kirsten, Gabrial and Aiden. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
