It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jewel Smith Chandler of Flomaton, Alabama, who passed away on December 6, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Smith and Daisy Little Bray; her brother Billy Smith; and her stepson Terry Chandler. She is survived by: her husband Joe Chandler; her children, Joey Lister (Angel), Michelle Hammonds and Alisa Pierce (Kenny); her siblings, Leroy Smith (Judy), Dean Smith (Beth), Allen Smith (Debbie), Gladys Davis, Erma Davis and Melba Bartlett (Marion); and her stepchildren, Tonya Lee (Tim) and Tim Chandler (Melanie). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
