He is survived by: his children, Rhonda McKinley Thomas of Pensacola, FL, Rex McKinley (Cindy) of Atmore, AL and Roxanne McKinley of Flomaton, AL; his stepsons, John Skipper of Atmore, AL and Matthew Skipper of Richmond, VA; and his sisters, Linda Pinto (Bill) of Marietta, GA and Carolyn Austin (Art) of Dothan, AL. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
