She was predeceased by: her husband James Eugene Knotts; her parents, Ulis Dantzler and Charlie Lee Dantzler; her siblings, Billy Dantzler, Frances McGaha, Elizabeth Lawson, Jean Dantzler, Emma Lou Harrison and Charlyn Brandt; and her son James E Knotts Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Thomas Knotts (Karen) of Flomaton, Cecilia Jackson (Donnie Ray) of Castleberry and Sandra Roberts of Pace, Florida; and her sister Margie Dantzler. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and numerous great great grandchildren and great great great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Green Acres Memorial Gardens (4858 Old Hwy 31, Brewton, AL 36426). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (323 Foshee Rd, Brewton, AL 36426).
