He was predeceased by: his parents, Don L. Lambeth and Geraldine Lambeth. He is survived by: his brother Tommy Lambeth (Donna); his wife Melissa Lambeth; his daughters, Michelle Boutwell (Jim) of Flomaton and Amber Cox (Michael) of Century; his grandchildren, Trayton Boutwell, Isabella Boutwell and Anna Cox; and his sister Deann Chavers. He is also survived by his three girls.
