She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Cumbie and Ila Faye Cumbie. She is survived by: her husband Phillip D. Boutwell of Flomaton, AL; her daughter Shea LeAnn Beasley (Aaron) of Flomaton, AL; and her grandchildren, Mason Keith Baxter of Flomaton, AL. and Zoey LeAnn-Faye Baxter of Flomaton, AL.. She is also survived by her husband, children and grandchildren.
