She was predeceased by : her father Joseph Wesley Johnson (Laura Viola Childress); her sister Lois Kennedy; and her great grandchildren, Austin Munro and Blanca Alana Burgess. She is survived by : her husband Roy Odom of Flomaton, AL; her sons, Greg Odom (Suzy) of Flomaton, AL and Keith Odom (Charlene) of Flomaton, AL; and her siblings, Sammy Johnson (Linda) of Flomaton, AL, Jean Donnelly of Robertsdale, AL, Ruby Ward of Hendersonville, TN, Eulene Enfinger of Flomaton, AL and Diane Killam (Danny) of Flomaton, AL. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, great – great grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, June 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home (9260 US-31, Atmore, AL 36502). A funeral service was held on Monday, June 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
