He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Keith and Millie Magnolia Williams Griffith; and his siblings, Judy Rich, Bobbie Jean Dean, Angela Pearl Griffith, Randy Griffith and Lawrence Griffith.

He is survived by: his wife Belinda Cockrell Griffith; his sons, Randy Harris and Terry Harris (Amy); his grandson Waylon Harris; and his brother David Griffith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
