She is survived by: her children, Warren Whited and Dani Smith (Tracey); her grandchildren, Justin Parker (Tiffany), Jennifer Parker, Sydney Smith and Sawyer Smith; her great grandchildren, Jason and Jacob Parker; her siblings, Theresa Wooten and Len Hubble (Charles Schanlaub); her niece Tammi Lacy (Kevin); her nephew Blaine Hubble (Michele); her great-niece Brooke Hubble; and her great-nephew Cameron Hubble.
