He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Russell and Jimmie Wilmon Evans; and his siblings, Tangie Evans, Wade Evans and Wayne Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Brown Evans; his children, Chanel Cribbs and Brandon Evans (Brandy); his grandchildren, Alex Evans, Elijah Middleton, Colt Cribbs, Gunner Edwards and Mae Edwards; and his siblings, Betty Miles, Lynn Evans (Wanda) and Ricky Joe Evans. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
