It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Jean Hampton of Flat Rock, Alabama, who passed away on May 25, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Winford and Jean Houser Hampton. She is survived by: her siblings, Anne Hampton, Phil Hampton (Georgia), Jennye Waggoner, Joe Hampton and Martha Hampton; her nieces and nephews, Scarlett Mitchell, Stephanie Overdear, Kristie Anderson, Leanne Holcomb, Dr. Matt Hampton, Alisha Garcia, Jacob Waggoner and Erica Waggoner; and her close friends, Donna Sue Monroe and Robin Ripple Godsey.
