He is survived by: his wife Karen Tuttle Pugh; his daughter Clarissa Pugh-Ventura (Lee) of Monroe, GA.; his grandchildren, Lydia, Kaylei, Jordan and Matrix; his mother-in-law Louise Middleton; his brothers-in-law, Stephen (Karen) and Brian; his half-brother Stoney Byrd; and his friend Tommy Phillips.
