She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Whisenant and Bessie Mae Miller Whisenant; her children, Lousonna Crain and John Robert Day; and her brother Charles Henry Whisenant.
She is survived by: her husband Theron Hugh Crain; her son Theron Robert Crain (Chasity); and her grandchildren, LaShanda Day, Shanna Day, Taylor Crain, Danielle Crain, Will Crain, Darin Day and Dillon Day.
