He was predeceased by: his daughters, Kelley and Starla Stevens; and his parents, Johnny Stevens and Frances Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Timmons Stevens; his son Duane Allen (Melissa); his grandsons, Tyler, Matthew and Arran; and his daughter-in-law Kim Allen. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
