He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Grady and Dorotha Louise Dunwoody Osborne; his daughter Terri Osborne; and his siblings, Patsy Hale, Sarah Osborne and Billy Osborne.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jean Phillips Osborne; his children, Trinka McClure (Bill), Tammy York (Tony), Jennifer Ford (Justin), Tracy Osborne (Denise) and Justin Osborne (Jeri); and his stepchildren, Cindy Gore (Dale) and Rayford Tinker (Christy). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
