He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Campbell and Carolyn Collins Campbell; and his sister Joanne Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Lucy Campbell; his children, Chris Campbell (Christy), David Campbell, Charles Campbell and Carolyn Carter (Henry); and his siblings, Thomas Campbell (Lisa) and Phyllis DeSloover (Larry). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and caring friends.
