She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Sparks; and her brothers, H. R. Weldon and Doyle Weldon. She is survived by: her children, Alan Sparks and Christie Nelson (Stephen); her grandson Sam Kline; her siblings, Edna Welden, Hellen Welden, Betty Schweda (Joe), Charles Weldon (Jean), Arland Welden (Sue), Clarence Welden, Norman Welden, James Weldon (Danielle) and Earl Weldon (Kelli); and her parents, William "Bill" Weldon and Christie Shaw Weldon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
