He is survived by: his wife Mary Hawkins; his children, Carol Frady and Fred Hawkins (Sherry); his grandchildren, Melanie Phillips (Todd), Jonathan Hawkins, Nathan Frady, Andrea Hastings (Brandon), Christopher Hawkins and Alea Cruce (Blake); his great grandchildren, Trent, Taylor Phillips, Braylen, Brooklyn, Braden Hastings, Jeremiah Hawkins, Kenlee, Lawson, Nicole and Casey Cruce; and his siblings, Ruth Lowman and Benny Hawkins (Bobbie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
