He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Jewell Boatner Blevins and Olan Claude Blevins; and his siblings, Shirley Roberts, Jerful Adams, Clovis Blevins and Alan Blevins.
He is survived by: his wife Jamie Brown Blevins; his sons, Kevin Haswell (Jennifer) and Brandon Haswell (Heather); his grandchildren, Tyler, Andy, Payton, Ali, Travis, Gavin, Logan and Madalynn; his siblings, June White (Harold), Delilah Smith (Gene), Zinna Hendrix, Odis Blevins (Rhonda) and Matt Blevins (Starla); and his pet Crimson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and his pet.
