She is survived by: her husband Ray Blevins; her daughters, Renea Blevins Woodall (Richard) and Darlene Blevins Hemphill (James); her grandsons, Adam Hemphill (Brittney) and Justin Hemphill (Lindsey); her great grandchildren, Willow, Hadley, Taytum and Case Hemphill; and her sister-in-law Margie Evans.
