He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kwiatkowski and Josephine Siminski Kwiatkowski. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ruth Watson Kwiatkowski; and his daughters, Joyce Mattull, Wanda Underhill, Sandra Mattull Matthews (Kent), Rita Ferguson (John), Donna Ferguson, Janet Perez (Jeff), Toni Barlog (Anthony), Mary Delorier (Daniel) and Darlene Kwiatkowski. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
