It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Cooper Smith of Flat Rock, Alabama, who passed away on August 23, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Cooper and Ada Wiggley Cooper (Franklin "Jabo" Smith); her siblings, Stella "Tooter" Cooper, Darrell Cooper, W. M. "Dub" Cooper and Kenneth; and her pets, Harold "Peewee" Cooper and Ed Jack Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Russell (Marty), Angela Clines (Phillip), Franklin "Blue" Smith (Kelly) and Jeff Smith (Valerie); her grandchildren, Matt Smith (Anna), Elli Smith, Cooper Smith, Tara Clines (Mary), Ashley Nickelson (Nick), Eric Russell (Courtney) and Zakk Russell; her great grandchildren, Franklin, Casey Russell, Konnor, Grant, Lexie Brooke Nickelson, Lillian Smith, Ethan, Olivia Terry and Travis Privett; and her siblings, Sarah "Blicker" Smith (Buford), Sonny Cooper (Wilma) and Clayton Cooper.
