He is survived by: his wife Sandra Wheeler; his son Shane Wheeler (Tamie); his grandchildren, Alisa Wheeler and Garet Wheeler; his great grandchild Sawyer Wheeler; his mother Annie J. Baldwin; and his siblings, Rhonda Loveless (Richard), Randy Black (Tina), Eddy Baldwin (Melody), Nedra Cofield and Kevin Baldwin (Kim).
Flowers will be accepted, or the family suggests that memorials be made in Ricky's memory to a charity of your choosing.
