He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Daniel and Mary Daniel; and his siblings, Jack, Sam, Bill, Martha and Walter Daniel (Colonel).
He is survived by: his children, Earl Daniel (Wendy), Ross Daniel (Debbie), Dennis Daniel (Penney) and Marlene Sullivan (Sully); and his brother Frank Daniel (Dell). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and thirty-three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to New Hope Baptist Church, 3050 County Road 263, Five Points, AL 36855 in memory of Mr. Daniel.
